obama and this administration is trying to get as many americans as possible dependent on government so the democrats can stay in power in perpetuity. the reason i think that is failing is even those americans, if you break down that 47%, there is a significant chunk of people who paid into social security their entire life. that is very different from being dependent on welfare. that is a critical safety net our society has counted on that we need to insure remain strong for generations to come. even those who are receiving welfare right now, most americans do not want to stay dependent on government. they want to work for the american dream. they want to work to provide for themselves and their families. i think that is why the obama administration's objective is essentially using bread and circuses to make as many people as possible dependent on government, to keep voting democratic, is not succeeding. americans want to stand on their own feet. >> that is the craziest thing i ever heard of my life. you are accusing the president of united states of using a government program to manip

. as yet what are the noteworthy aspects of the last four years in the obama administration how much policy has been driven from the white house? some presidents give lip service to the cabinet government and in power and their secretaries. obama seems to have gone pretty far the other way. so i'm curious to get a second obama term what we see the continuation of the pattern in which romney, how do you think that he would write things in terms of the relationship in the department and the white house? >> i think we have strayed some distance from the government in the sense that the white house staff has been built up with the lawyers of folks that had to cushion the president from the departments and agencies. sallai compare and contrast just be kind of low-level staffer under ronald reagan on the advanced staff and seeing the universe of high-profile kavanagh members who interjected at least from what i could see more directly with the president and now we have lawyers that kind of cushion the president and the deputy chief of staff of policy or whatever the case might be. and i think tha

then, so i decided at that moment i was not going to do 2012. my son was now year-old. he is the obama baby. i second son was born about the 120-day mark of the new administration. so we had a lot of stuff going on and home, too. but when i look at it, it is so different. i have 58 races under my belt. the obama campaign has not had one really this year. so i thought this is really hard work. some people may describe it in the news as a slog. i imagine it is. it's probably really hard to go that long. as far as what is the difference, i don't know yet. at this point you have to pick seven or 58 tests -- 57 or 58 tests to see how things are going, but not this time around. it's a pretty tight organization. i think the romney campaign has had a lot of the same challenges we have had and more in 2008 than this campaign in 2012. in terms of the difference between romney and obama this time? well, one is a calendar campaign and one is an incumbent campaign. no one has asked for my advice, but you see romney coming toward the debates and one of the challenges -- and i will talk about both ca
